Early challenges refined our focus, and
collaborations with clients like Warner Brothers, Siemens, and Novartis taught us the importance of aligning with the right partners and building adaptable systems. In 2019, Bastian Lossen joined as co-owner, bringing his strategic expertise to elevate HICO further. When Michael and Bastian first met in Zurich, they connected over values
and a vision to build something meaningful together. This synergy has shaped HICO’s future as a platform blending cutting-edge tech with a people-first approach. Today, our team remains dedicated to creating lasting value—for us and, most importantly, for our clients.

With over 20 years of experience in business intelligence and data strategy, he guides enterprises on their digital transformation journey and ensures HICO’s solutions align with real-world business goals.

As Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Partner at HICO Group, he oversees strategy, finance, sales, marketing, and internal functions. He drives HICO Groups strategy and initiatives, fosters partnerships, and expands the portfolio, integrating AI and enhancing solutions like TRUECHART and KPI-Chat.
